Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is your facility handicap accessible?
  • Yes, much of our facility is handicap accessible for children with limited abilities. (Call us for special party prices and times)
  • How many guests can I invite?
  • Up to 25 for Private Parties. Call us for more details.
  • What if I go over the 25 guest limit?
  • You will be charged $16.00 for each additional guest over the limit. That depends on the party package you purchase.
  • Can I bring my own food?
  • No outside food, drink or Pizza is allowed.
  • Is alcohol allowed for the adults during my party?
  • No alcohol is allowed in our facility.
  • Can I decorate the party room for my child’s party?
  • Our party rooms are professionally decorated and we do not allow for any streamers, confetti or silly string to be used in our party facility at any time
  • What other supplies might I need?
  • No need to bring anything. We supply you with all party supplies such as plates, forks, napkins, etc…
  • What is included in the price for each scheduled party?
  • Napkins, forks, a drink for each child in the party, a party assistant* to help with the flow of your guests, and we do the clean-up. Click on our “Party Packages” link for more details.
  • Are you open to the public at all?
  • Yes, we are open to the public unless the play area is reserved for a private party. Please call us to check availability. or check out our Calendar for open play time.
  • As the parent of the birthday child do I need to come earlier than the scheduled party time?
  • Out of courtesy to your guests we ask you arrive 15 minutes early so you can greet them.
  • Do I need to pay anything up front before the party?
  • Yes, you will need to pay a non-refundable $100.00 deposit when reserving a party package. The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. Then the outstanding balance will be charged at the end of your party (no checks for final payment).
